采用U71Mn重軌精加工而成。

可根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求裝配數(shù)控火焰單割炬、噴粉劃線割炬、沖打裝置、等離子機(jī)用割炬或直線三割炬。還可加裝自動(dòng)調(diào)高裝置。
According to user’s requirement assenble CNC flame single torch,power-spray torch,stamping unit,plasma mechanical torch or linear triple cutting torch,and also fit auto igniter and auto height controller.
5、自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火裝置Auto igniter
采用低壓AC24V供電方式，安全、可靠、成功率高。

切割機(jī)主梁Mainframe
橫梁采用焊接方梁結(jié)構(gòu)，通過(guò)回火消除機(jī)械應(yīng)力，然后緊密機(jī)械加工而成，保證橫梁*不變形，其強(qiáng)度高，剛性好。其上裝配高精度精磨導(dǎo)軌和精密鋼制齒輪齒條，保證橫向可靠的運(yùn)功精度。橫向齒條用螺栓固定在橫梁上，方便更換及調(diào)整。

9、鋼帶傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)Steel hand transmission unit
從動(dòng)托板通過(guò)鋼帶完成與主動(dòng)托板同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。
Thru steel-hand,idler carriage moves with driving one simultaneity.
10、縱向驅(qū)動(dòng)端梁Longitudinal driving side-beam
主驅(qū)動(dòng)側(cè)裝有水平導(dǎo)向輪，保證整機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中具有穩(wěn)定的導(dǎo)向。驅(qū)動(dòng)架兩端表面分別裝有刮削板，隨時(shí)刮掃積聚在導(dǎo)軌表面的雜物。
