舊國標(biāo)將應(yīng)用對象和使用環(huán)境條件*不同的“稱重”和“測力”兩種傳感器合二為一來考慮，對試驗和評價方法未給予區(qū)分。舊國標(biāo)共有21項指標(biāo)，均在常溫下進(jìn)行試驗；并用非線性、滯后誤差、重復(fù)性誤差、蠕變、零點(diǎn)溫度附加誤差以及額定輸出溫度附加誤差6項指標(biāo)中的zui大誤差，來確定稱重傳感器準(zhǔn)確度等級，分別用0.02、0.03、0.05表示。

光柵式傳感器利用光柵形成的莫爾條紋把角位移轉(zhuǎn)換成光電信號（圖2）。光柵有兩塊，一為固定光柵，另一為裝在表盤軸上的移動光柵。加在承重臺上的被測物通過傳力杠桿系統(tǒng)使表盤軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，帶動移動光柵轉(zhuǎn)動，使莫爾條紋也隨之移動。利用光電管、轉(zhuǎn)換電路和顯示儀表，即可計算出移過的莫爾條紋數(shù)量，測出光柵轉(zhuǎn)動角的大小，從而確定和讀出被測物質(zhì)量。
